In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own web space. We only process personal data when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Hosting

The website is delivered by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser information) in server logs to deliver the site securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp we process the details you give us (for example name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. For bookings, statutory retention periods apply.

The WhatsApp link only opens the WhatsApp app or website (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) after you click it. WhatsApp’s privacy notice applies there.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to info@mallorcation.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Automated decisions

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
